The beef is sold by its hanging weight. Hanging weight is typically 450lb per half steer. The price is $4.75 per pound hanging weight, plus $50 kill-fee per half steer. You will be contacted at the slaughter date for the required $500 deposit with the remaining balance due upon pickup.
