We are a family-operated beef cattle farm that was dissatisfied with the quality of beef found in stores and wanted something better for our family. After years of producing our beef for ourselves and our family, we decided to offer that same fresh, local, all-natural beef to everyone. 

The Cattle are hand-selected and fed a ration of locally grown alfalfa and grains until they are ready for slaughter, which is done locally by a small butcher shop.
